"7x7" was first improvised at a session in Aug. 2015 at JB Goudet's 2nd-floor apartment on Bernard Avenue in Montreal. It was re-recorded exactly 2 years later, directly across the street, at Freelove Fenner's analog studio The Bottle Garden, engineered by Peter Woodford. Exactly 2 years after that it will be released (25/08/2019). Zef sings about leaving your city, a leap of faith towards a lover he met one year earlier. A true story he wants "everyone to know".
