Last Mother's Day I gave a message at the First Baptist Church in Reserve, NM titled, "7 Ways to Love Your Mother" It is based on John 19:25-27. Read it please. There are many places in the Bible where we can look and find guidance about how to love our Mothers. In this one small section, in John, Jesus gave us great insight into the way our earthly Mothers are to be regarded and cared for. Can you imagine how Mary must have felt as she witnessed Jesus at the cross? She was close enough to hear every moan, every breath, and every word that came from the mouth of Jesus! Stop and think about that please, my friends. Jesus began by addressing her appropriately: "Dear woman" Can you hear the compassion in his voice?
