Have you noticed lately there's always somebody willing to tell us which way America should go? But who is right?
As we search to find our way as a nation, just where should we get our direction?
We should learn from the past.
It was Spanish philosopher George Santayana who said,
“Those who cannot remember the past are doomed to repeat it.”
And as we seek God's wisdom and direction, what does he say?
The book of Jeremiah, chapter 6, says:
“Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where
the good way is,and walk in it—you will find rest for your souls."
Which way America?
Our parents and grandparents knew the way;
but will we learn before it's too late?
