Lukitas is the devoted young man behind the Argentinean project called UMA Soundsystem. He's a product of a growing Argentinean techno scene that also gains more and more visibility on the European continent thanks to techno pioneers like Jonas Kopp or Guti. UMA Soundsystem seems to make his own way as a producer in the Buenos Aires techno scene while he is also a co-organizing part and resident DJ of the Nucleo cycle. He came on our radar for the first time with his guest appearance for the French podcast series, Le Catalyste. Somehow we found each other blindly and it came to this collaboration.
UMA Soundsystem mainly spotlights some non-mainstream house and techno artists from the Argentinean underground scene in a steadily building hour of athletically muscled techno.
Thanks L. for your contribution. It has been an interesting introduction to some new techno from the metropolitan and subtropical city at the coastlines of Rio de la Plata.
