Description

Welcome to another 2-part episode. This one with with Laura Crossley a Freelance Organisational Consultant.

The first part was recorded in late May 2023, and the second part was recorded in June 2024.

A bit of context about this episode - I always give participants the opportunity to listen back to our conversation before I make their episode live – and in the case of my conversation with Laura, there was a 12-month gap between the original recording, and its planned release date.

Laura and I decided that we’d record an update – which forms the second part of this episode, and in which you’ll hear Laura reflecting on the last 12-months, including how her freelance work has developed and also about her transformational time on the Clore Leadership Programme, during which she’s been specifically thinking about issues relating to workplace culture.
