Reading Brené Brown's Rising Strong book has provided so many eye opening opportunities to grow and validation - this week I talk about one section of that book, page 180 in fact, that provided one of my biggests shifts around finding it hard to ask for help. It involves judgement and when it lands, it's one of those big EEEP!! moments.
