During Arctic Frontiers 2013, we spoke with attendees, speakers and guests of the conference about their work and their hopes for the future Arctic. In this interview, we hear from David Fluharty, Associate Professor at the School of Marine and Environmental Affairs, University of Washington, about the unknowns that remain in Arctic resource management, particularly as the environment changes.
