In Episode 15 of the podcast, I sat down again with Alan Devane for a part 2 chat. For those of you who don't know Alan, he is a qualified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach plus an Online Personal Trainer. In this episode we discussed what has happened since we recorded the last episode which included Alan competing in his first Men's Physique show where he ended up placing which was amazing since he had zero experience in competing and we discussed the after effects of such a long cut and his next goal going forward.

We also went on to talk in depth about mental health and the troubles that we all face from time to time and the strategies we can implement to help come through those dark times.

We discussed lots of other things too including the power of the mind and the importance of having a growth mindset.
