In Episode 5, I had the pleasure to have a chat with my first guest on the Podcast in the form of Shane Finn. The Dingle native sat down with me to discuss his background in Fitness and Mindset and we also discussed his charity work for Spina Bifida Ireland from which he has a close connection with. This has included running 24 marathons in 24 consecutive days and more recently, running and cycling across America in only 36 days. A very inspirational person so was delighted to have him on, enjoy :)
