in Episode 14 of the podcast I discuss the importance of not just resilience but recognizing how resilient you are. Resilience is the "human capacity to endure, to overcome and be transformed from life's adversities"

We all go through many adversities in our lives and we build up our resilience muscle just like a anatomical muscle overtime and it gets stronger sometimes without us knowing it but that muscle is there to tap into when we face stresses and adversity.
