In Episode 16 of the podcast I discuss how sometimes adversity in our lives can lead to a time of reflection about parts of your life that maybe you have been neglecting. I have recently experienced a bad physical injury which has affected me mentally a lot as well as the physical aftermath. Sometimes through pain and anguish, we can find growth in ourselves and regain some focus.
I also talk about Anxiety and how this affects us all in some degree but sometimes people think they are anxious people all the time when in fact they sporadically suffer from anxious moments so we need to be careful about labeling ourselves and the words we use are important in this.
