on Episode 26 of the podcast I talk about the cycle of stress & fatigue and how we can easily find ourselves heading toward dependent or sometimes even chronic physical & mental health conditions due to unhealthy coping mechanisms of stress.

I talk about the bodies stress response and the part of the nervous system that we tend to focus on the least which is our Parasympathetic nervous system which is the bodies natural state of relaxation,

I then go onto talk about the more healthy coping mechanisms which include things like Meditation, Better sleep, Healthier eating habits, improving exercise levels and Journaling.
