When I rhyme I am a swordsman but behind the beats i am a disciple. This is my first beat tape letting this side of my skill shine. Started by making beats since 2010 once I could afford a laptop and a DAW, all just to make beats to show off my MC skills. Not finding anyone who made beats I either liked or had the same direction for, the solo act with multiple hats seemed best. I would hone my craft not knowing any of the music theory many said but always just listening to what I felt. After 3-4 albums i'd start working with other Beat makers and up and coming producers. by my 5th album I enrolled in a music school in my city where I found how sharp I truly was and how much more I have to sharpen. In this program I saw how off kilter I was, to me it all sounded great but when faced with the "law of music" I noticed I was off. I learned but never assimilated, showcasing my "experimental" and "Left Field" Style. This project is the collection of the picked product in that time. Showcasing my versatility and my act of staying true to self even in the face of complacency.with the ruler. In these 7 instrumentals is the story of my time. Enjoy.
