In today's episode I talk with Dave Hagen, the Director and Head Coach of the Fort Lewis College Cycling Team. FLC Cycling has been a premier collegiate cycling program since 1994, and has won 24 team omnium national championships in total. Dave shares insight into their culture of success, how the town of Durango, Colorado, has been the centerpiece of not just their success, but also more broadly helped mountain biking become what it is today.
