A wonderful discussion with Dean Peterson, the Head Coach of the Marian University Cycling Team. Since 1992 , the MU Knights have won 46 team omnium national championships and produced countless individual champions. However, we don't talk about those victories, and instead we dive into who Dean really is as a person. The talk focuses on a big challenge he's tackling, his identity as a person, and the process of letting go of something he holds dear.
