This episode is with Maria Doering of the Bissell-ABG-Giant and Lees-McRae College cycling teams. Maria is an accomplished MTB racer who hails from Germany, and for 2022 has entered the gravel racing world. She shares her stories from MidSouth, Barry-Roubaix (won U23), the Rule of 3 (top 10), and her upcoming 100 mile race at Unbound Gravel in Kansas. Maria talks about the process she has been through this season, what she has learned, and how she hopes to capitalize on these experiences in the future. She also shares how the passing of Moriah Wilson has affected her, and how Moriah inspired her to push herself in the sport.
