In this episode I have a chat with Micah Malone. Micah is a local tattoo artist at Depiction Tattoo in Arlington and he also teaches Jiu Jitsu at Peak Performance in Watauga. (See links below)
I've known Micah for several years and I'm sorry to say that this is probably the most I've ever talked with him! Honestly, Micah does most of the talking, and I'm totally okay with that. He talks a little about growing up, his introduction to Jiu Jitsu, tattooing, and a little in between. There's also a sad story about a recent loss of a family dog, which was complicated and emotional. It was overall a great time and I'm looking forward to sitting down with him again in the near future. Enjoy!
