Despite the efforts of Booker T, Sid Vicious, and Jeff Jarrett doing their best to make the most of a bad situation this Pay Per View is the one that finally made WCW do a complete reboot afterwards - and famously had Hulk Hogan take on Ric Flair in a Yappapi Indian Strap Match... oh boy!
