Carmel is a Professor in Addictions and Mental Health and Head of School, School of Health and Education, Middlesex University & President-Elect International Nurses Society on Addictions (IntNSA).

Adrian is Director of Programmes at Middlesex University and a board member of IntNSA, president of the UK chapter IntNSA.
