Harry Sumnall is Professor in Substance Use at the Public Health Institute, Liverpool John Moores University. His research interests cover all aspects of substance use, particularly young people’s health issues. Harry’s funded research programmes have examined the evidence and mechanisms for implementing evidence based practice and policy. Harry is a former member of the UK Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD), a former Past President and Board Member of the European Society for Prevention Research, a scientific advisor to the MIND Foundation for Psychedelic Research, and he has consulted for international organizations including the EMCDDA and UNODC.
