Welcome to episode 60 [originally broadcast on Wednesday 11 August 2021] of #mhTV​​​​​​​​​​​​​. This week Nicky Lambert and Dave Munday spoke with guest Catherine Gamble about leadership and change in mental health.

Catherine is the Head of Nursing Practice, Education and Research at South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust where she is responsible for driving clinical innovation, practice development and evaluating workforce development initiatives.
Catherine is a Royal College of Nursing Fellow (FRCN), Eileen Skellern laureate, RCN Mental Health Nurse of the Year award holder and Royal College of Psychiatrists Team winner. Catherine is passionate about promoting equality, fighting stigma and using coproduction methodology has helped many people onto their road to recovery. Her clinical expertise lies in working with families and those with psychosis which has provided opportunity to disseminate the approach nationally and internationally; she has held various NHS roles in acute and community psychiatric services, recently stepped down as the RCN professional lead for mental health and is the Chair of the UK wide MHN Expert Group.
She is in the process of editing the next edition of Gamble and Brennan Working with Serious Mental Illness: A Manual for Clinical Practice
