Description

Welcome to episode five of our second season of the Mental Health Podcast from Unite/Mental Health Nurses Association.

Over the last few weeks, care homes have been a constant item on news reports in respect of COVID-19. In the April/May 2020 Mental Health Nursing journal, we featured an article by MHNA Organising Professional Committee member George Coxon; 'Coronavirus pandemic shows the need to protect vulnerable people'. Dave Munday took the chance to talk to George about some of this issues care homes are currently facing and to talk about the issue of kindness, the theme of this weeks Mental Health Awareness Week.
