In this episode we welcomed guest, Shiloh Jordan, our new one week old baby boy to the show! So if you hear a lot of breathing and rustling, that’s why! We shared his birth story, talked about unmedicated birth, and tried to explain our new found love for the concept of “earthy.”

Lastly, we introduced our new format for the show! Being routed is very important to us, and we feel like the most rude thing for us to do in this phase of our life is to change up the frequency of our content creation. We will now, starting in 2022, be releasing a series of 6 to 10 episodes in bulk on one single topic, a few times a year. Please be patient with us as we navigate this new phase of life and phase of the podcast.
