An English native, Brother XII would move to British Columbia where he started the Aquarian Foundation. Through the foundation, Brother XII aimed to bring his vision to the world. But, there is a fiercely dark side rife with intolerance, control, abuse, anti-semitism, and theft lurking in the background.
