The Nicene Creed 8: Actual Death
As we complete our look at the center section of The Nicene Creed, dealing with the Son, we consider the creed's language surrounding the death of Christ. We also compare and contrast the words of Nicaea with the words of the older Apostles Creed. What we learn is that Jesus' death and resurrection are historically rooted and literal in nature.

Join us as this Lent as we explore the historic Nicene Creed, a 4th century Christian faith statement. Each week we launch two new episodes on Wednesdays and Fridays.
