As we look ahead to 2022 Induction Weekend, our next edition of the #HallCall Interview Series will feature one of our Class of 2022 inductees, Jon Lugbill. Lugbill is a legend and pioneer in the whitewater canoe slalom discipline. Out of Oakton High School in Northern Virginia, Lugbill is the only paddler ever to win 12 World Championship gold medals in the sports. The University of Virginia graduate is not only considered to be the best paddler ever, but also one of its greatest innovators through his boat design work which revolutionized the sport of slalom racing.
