This episode we talk about expanding our musical abilities and the fear that can come along with not being good enough. As music teachers we are asked to teach things that aren't necessarily in our wheelhouse, and it's ok to be a couple steps ahead of our students. Teachers need to remember that we're human, it's totally ok to say "I don't know" or " I need help." We are here to encourage and help each other, not to compete or look down on others. If you are feeling down as a teacher please reach out, we're here for you, we don't have all the answers but that's ok.
