Sam Shweisky is an American collegiate volleyball coach and former player. From Prestigious Hunter High School to Vassar College to several overseas stops, his love for the sport lead him to coaching at the collegiate level. Stops at UNLV, and Central Florida led him to Princeton, where he won the EIVA twice in the last four years, which is an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. His heightened emphasis on both "student" and "athlete" has shaped him into the kind of coach he is and many aspire to be.
Tune in, as we chat up coming up playing volleyball in NYC and appreciation for the culture, Princeton's road to the EIVA championship compared to the previous one, the unselfish nature of the players he coaches, where his team improved the last month, where the team wants to be when they play their first round match, the support system the men's team has at the university, Coach Jon Penn, different variations of competitive nature, going back to memory lane from his playing days, indoor players who split their time on the outdoor scene, and MORE!
