Description

Nolan Albrecht is an American indoor, grass and sand volleyball professional, and former NCAA men's volleyball coach. An Illinois native, his outstanding juniors play got him recruited to play outside hitter at Belmont Abbey. He was won multiple awards including AVCA National Player of the Week, finishing third in voting for the "Karch Kiraly Award" for the nation's best Outside Hitter, and lead the nation in kills (523) and kills per set (5.03). He climbed up the coaching chain of command, eventually becoming the Head men's volleyball coach for his alma mater. He remains an active player on the regional and national indoor and outdoor scene, highlighting a win at the Pottstown Rumble - arguably the most grueling tournament in the sport.
