Ahmard Vital is an American Motivational consultant, international speaker and author and former sports analyst and football recruiting analyst. After nearly a decade of studying the performance habits of high achieving athletes (he is also a former level track athlete among other sports), he has developed programs of inspiration and motivation that are beneficial to individuals, professionals, companies and organizations worldwide.
