Rob McLean is an American beach volleyball player, former indoor standout and coach. After spending some time coaching NCAA men's indoor on the East Coast, he had pursued coaching sand full-time, most notably Endless Summer Volleyball club, where 13 of the 19 girls on the roster committed to division I college programs. He is currently coaching privately - a lucrative job in the South Bay.
