Chris P. Austin is an American Volleyball Coach, active indoor and beach player, entrepreneur and author of the book "The Way." The repeat NCAA volleyball champion out of UC Irvine does pretty well balancing his time as a player in the AVP, NORCECA, FIVB and p1440, with his other ventures. He is the director of "Setter College" and his involvement with "Championship Performance Advantage" is sure to grab our attention in the very near future. His association with coaching club, high school, college and privately has produced a pattern of creating and re-creating great players.
