Dr. Larry J. Walker is an Assistant Professor, University of Central Florida, Department of Educational Leadership and Higher Education. Previously, he was selected as a Congressional Fellow with the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. After completing his fellowship Dr. Walker served as the Legislative Director for Congressman Major R. Owens. Dr. Walker's responsibilities included supervising the legislative staff and developing the Congressman's legislative agenda.
