As I was preparing to drive to Detroit for Movement Weekend, in anticipation of the Deep Crates / People of Earth party at Motor City Wine, I decided to record a tribute to the @thepeopleofearth label to listen to on the road. Because I love a challenge, I decided to play tracks in order of appearance on the label from PoEM 001 onwards. This mix features a track off each PoE release, PoEM 001 to PoE 010, then becomes a bit of a free for all. No planning or preparation, all recorded in one take. A bit rough around the edges, but nonetheless a great showcase of the quality and diversity on the label so far. Looking forward to the new Rick Wade release PoE 011 coming in September, and many more releases to come!
