It pulls from all different genres such as techno, house, dancehall, UK Funky, Grime, Garage, bass, I mean you name it. That is the special thing about bass music, it continues to pull from all genres, from all categories. I know people have a miss conception of bass music. As soon as they hear the phrase, they tend to think that its loud, ravey, bullshit stuff which it is not. I hope this mix closes the gap, and hoping people realize its not what they think. A lot of us bass kids don't get to play out as much even though on some key nights, the sound would fit perfectly. I guess what I'm trying to say is for people to give it a chance, or me a chance at least."
