Giving up control in a controlled way
I LOVE TO DO IT ALL BY MYSELF -> NO WAY!
Still lot's of entrepreneurs - even established ones - have somewhere the conviction:
- that they have to manage alone
- that they are faster doing it by themselves
- that they will not find someone that can do it as good
- that if they cannot manage it alone, they are weak
And so on
And good it also be that it weakens the growth of your business
of yourself? Of your career?
