The Balinese Room was an iconic nightclub in Galveston, TX, that -- over the decades -- hosted luminaries ranging from Frank Sinatra to ZZ Top. It was destroyed on September 13th, 2008, by a monster hurricane called Ike, but its storied past is worth remembering.
