In this episode we sit down with Claudia Sanders who is a long time friend of mine from college. She is a behavioral support specialist in a North Carolina school system. We discuss how and why she developed an interest in the field, how she obtained her masters in one year, her time as a social worker and how she helps at risk youth on a day to day basis.
