Ethan Banville is a writer-producer and showrunner with over twenty years
of experience in television and film, in almost every demographic and
format. He has written episodes of primetime comedies, created action
sports programing for FUEL TV, been staffed on over ten shows including
hits like iCarly and Drake & Josh, helped craft interactive stories for mobile
apps, and has been a producer and showrunner on shows like Max & Shred
and Terrific Trucks. He has worked extensively in 11-minute animation and
was nominated for a WGC award for his episode of Johnny Test, “Stop In
The Name Of Johnny.” Outside of production, he has developed shows and
films in the US, Canada, the UK, and the Netherlands. He has been a guest
lecturer at his alma mater, Emerson College as well as at the Los Angeles
Film School. He is currently developing an animated series for Netflix, a live
action series for Nickelodeon, and working with music magnate Jason Flom,
Propogate Media and BentoBox Animation on a children’s series. In his spare
time, he teaches online television pitching and writing classes.
