Last week CWA hosted a webinar discussing the FDA and the recent ruling to halt abortion pill distribution in the mail. Penny Nance was joined by CWA Legal Counsel, Mario Diaz, and CWA Director of Government Relations, Alexandra McPhee, to discuss what it will look like as this case heads to the United States Supreme Court.
UPDATE: SCOTUS has since blocked the abortion pill restrictions from taking effect as they review the Biden admin's appeal.
