This week's podcast guest is Sean Murphy, owner at Sean Murphy Photography, he is a master at creating a composition that appears spontaneous. Sean Murphy is internationally known for creating award-winning campaigns for clients such as Ford, Chevy, Old Navy, PlayStation, Walmart and Hard Rock. After working in Los Angeles for 25 years, Sean and his family recently moved back to his hometown on the Emerald Coast.
Sean candidly talks with Shantelle and Hillaree about his background in the production industry, working in California, and his return to working in our community. He shares his experiences on managing a team, specifically those who are just starting out in the industry. He openly discusses his struggles with this aspect of the business, and how he encourages his team to sharpen their skills with the parts of the job that don’t come naturally to them.
