Anxiety is defined as a feeling of worry, nervousness or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Especially this time of the year where we are about to enter a brand new chapter. Maybe we call it stress or fear. Or maybe we don't even have a word for it but in this class, I'm going to share some tools for you to get rid of that anxiety.
