When you lead any group, some outside people may be drawn to what you're doing. If you want a read on what kind of leader you are, it’s easy to see. Take a look at the people who come around and stay around.
The people you attract are attracted for a reason. They seem themselves in what you're doing, somehow and some way. If you like what you're drawing to you, keep doing what you're doing! If not, time to make changes.
