I left basketball cold turkey. After winning $10,000 in a tournament, I haven't played in a competitive game since. I'm not injured, and gyms are easy to find. I'm still in good shape; I just ran a damn marathon.
I had some reasons for leaving the game, though. Today I'll share them.
