Description

Power doesn’t come from constant engagement, it often comes from knowing when to pull back. In this episode, I explain why explaining yourself, debating, and always staying visible usually gives away leverage. The person who needs engagement the least holds the most power. Clean withdrawal is not avoidance, it’s choice, and it shows control of the frame. When you can disengage without anxiety or explanation, you put yourself in a position of power.

Show Notes:

[02:31]#1 Engagement rewards the person who needs the interaction, the resolution, the information, the justification.

[07:01]#2 Silence forces revelation.

[14:40]#3 Walking away is a true sign of power.
