As I stated in The Mental Workbook: what I say to you is not nearly as important as what you say to you.
Though I know my subjects well, have helped many and have the experience that generates credibility, i'm still not You. You have to live you life; the consequences of the decisions you make will be shouldered or celebrated 100% by you.
All of which means, whether from me or anyone else, learn to trust your own judgement stronger than you trust a book.
