As a leader, anything you touch is your fault.
If the people you entrusted screw up, you’re at fault for giving them responsibility.
If your plans don’t come to fruition, it’s your fault for making crappy plans.
If it rains on the day of your picnic, your fault for not predicting the weather.
And when something is your fault, you take ownership of handling it, ASAP.
As a leader of yourself, you’re perpetually responsible for yourself.
