I’ve talked bad — and good — about school many times in video and on this show. This topic is kind of neutral to me, in that school isn’t necessarily hurting you by not teaching these things; school isn’t designed to teach them.
The biggest mistake students and parents make is believing that what’s learned in school is all you need to know. (That’s a Twitter quotable @DreAllDay.)
If I had a child, for example. I’d be teaching these points to my kid at home.
If you’re going to me anything more than a cog in someone’s machine in your life, anything more than the average person, you need to take good notes today, and study the notes after. Life is your test.
