I made a video 9 years ago demonstrating a ball handling routine for basketball. It was a simple run of drills done in succession that would make a player, even a novice, a solid dribbler if a basketball.
A lot of people were happy that I shared such a drill series. But the #1 question I got referred the frequency instruction if given at the end of the 59-second Video.
“Do these every single day for five years.”
The question: Do we really need to do it for five years?
Results take time. And the sustaining/repeating of results takes more time. Everyone wants success; few want to put in the work. Which are you?
