SIDD aka Sherif Sid Ahmed, was born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt. His connection to electronic music started more than 15 years ago and he was inspired by world known DJs and producers. He lived in both Canada and Germany where during these times he was exposed to festivals and parties, while also getting engaged in the music scene.
SIDD has been actively involved in his music and has been part of a growing electronic music concept in Egypt called Melodic Room. Hosting bi-monthly events that bring international and local DJs to perform in its resident club.
Having been influenced by the Melodic House & Techno and Ethereal genres, SIDD conveys his style through his sets which encompasses melodic yet emotional dimensions and rhythmic sounds.
